We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Attorney to join our dynamic team.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where every day brings a new challenge.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance defense and tort litigation, with a proven track record of effectively managing complex legal cases.
Responsibilities:
As a Attorney, your key responsibilities will include:
1.
Representing clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or argue against opponents.
2.
Interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
3.
Conducting legal research and analysis of legal problems to formulate defense or initiate legal action.
4.
Examining legal data to determine the advisability of defending or prosecuting a lawsuit.
5.
Negotiating settlements of civil disputes.
6.
Preparing and drafting legal documents, such as wills, deeds, patent applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts.
7.
Managing and overseeing paralegals and legal assistants.
8.
Advising clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.
9.
Specializing in insurance defense and tort litigation.
10.
Maintaining knowledge of current laws and regulations, keeping up to date through continued education.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must possess the following
Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2.
Admission to the state bar.
3.
Minimum of 6
years of experience as an attorney, with a strong focus on insurance defense and tort litigation.
4.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex cases.
5.
Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills.
6.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8.
High ethical standards and professional integrity.
9.
Ability to build rapport with clients and deliver exceptional customer service.
10.
Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
