Assist in the coordination of the wellness events.
Assists in the coordination of employee activities (Christmas party, picnics, special events).
Assist with Wage Survey.
Enrolls employees not various offsite training courses.
Prepares monthly Rewards & Recognition posting Organizes monthly birthday breakfast Employee of the month parking spot Misc.

Customer Service Screen calls from customers and answer routine questions/look up parts and determine if they offered in aftermarket or only OE.
Safety Maintains safety manuals with current documents.
Assist with safety responsibilities including entering safety documents or tasks into Velocity.
Keep electronic safety records current Maintain Contractor Liability Insurance Database and request new forms as they expire on a monthly basis.
Maintain weekly Emergency Roll Call and Training Sign-In sheets Distributes toolbox talks, follows up for documentation High School diploma required; working toward college degree preferred.
1 -3 years of switchboard/office experience required.
Previous experience in the Human Resource field preferred.
Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, & Power Point required.
Able to maintain highly confidential information.
Very strong attention to detail and accuracy of work.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Solid written/verbal communications.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
