Modern office setting Casual work attire Relaxed atmosphere Rousculp's Heating and Cooling is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative with Social Media Responsibilities.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support and managing our social media presence, as well as various office tasks as they arise.
This is a part-time position offering 15-20 hours per week, working onsite at our office from 2-6pm Monday-Friday, with moderate flexibility in working hours if pre-arranged.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Respond promptly to client inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, social media) in a professional and friendly manner.
Resolve client complaints, issues, and requests with empathy, patience, and efficiency.
Provide product information and guidance to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
Social Media Management:
Manage and monitor our company's social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc) to ensure timely and engaging responses to client comments, questions, and direct messages.
Create and curate relevant content for social media platforms, including posts, images, videos, and other media.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry news to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
Implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, followers, and engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media activities align with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in client service or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent grammar and spelling.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining client records and social media content.
Familiarity with our industry and products/services is a plus.
